Your first visit includes a comprehensive examination and a review of your medical history, as this can affect any required dental treatment. You may download the medical history form from our website or complete it at the practice before seeing the dentist. If recent X-rays are unavailable, we may take a new set to assess your current dental health, or coordinate with your previous dentist to use existing records.

After the examination, our dentist will discuss your oral health and, if needed, provide a written treatment plan outlining recommended procedures.
